A lovely kidney shaped writing table in the Queen Anne style. Of very good construction in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers, now with a lovely colour and patina. The top is fitted with a sumptuous deep red writing surface which is decorated with gilt tooling. There are a pair of drawers , fitted with their original brass handles. The whole table stands on elegant cabriole legs with carved detailing to the knees. This table is finished to the rear so it could be free standing within a room if required. It is offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
