Beautiful French marble top chest of drawers c.1880. Original grey marble top with canted corners and a moulded edge over four long drawers. Particularly well figured pale honey coloured burr walnut veneers arranged in a symmetrical pattern across the front. Shallow top drawer with shaped front continued on the corners and sides, plus three deeper drawers, all with turned wooden escutcheons. Moulded plinth, veneered to match. Solid walnut sides, beech and chestnut drawer linings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Keys supplied.
