Suberb French Louis Philippe marble top chest of drawers c.1840. Original grey marble top with rounded corners and a moulded edge over four long drawers. Beautifully figured burr walnut veneers arranged in a symmetrical pattern across the front. Shallow top drawer with shaped front, plus three deeper drawers set within a moulded border. Tooled brass knobs and escutcheon plates. Solid walnut sides, oak drawer linings and backboards. Excellent colour and condition. Cleaned and polished in our workshops. Key supplied.
