Good looking late 19th.c. trunk or steamer chest c.1890. Pine box with black oil cloth cover and decorative brass studwork to each side, with the initials G.S on the lid. Original iron carry handles, hinges and lock. Original patterned paper lining to the inside. Small paper label for the London, Midland Railway to one side. With a repair to the cloth cover on the front at floor level. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
