Beautiful figured walnut break-fronted open bookcase of generous size. English. C 1880. This is a one piece bookcase which has nine adjustable shelves and is extremely solid. There is plenty of book space and a good shelf depth throughout. Seen here in top showroom condition, this delightful bookcase has had only light restoration and a thorough wax polish to show the mellow antique patina of the walnut.
