Lovely quality French late c19th mahogany and brass inlaid Bonheur du jour in good condition, circa 1880
Very decorative piece standing on fine tapered legs and further brass caps, the top drawer section has a tambour slide to close should you wish
The green leather writing surface slides forward to give more depth, there is a full width drawer below too and the very top has the original marble too
Great decorative piece, but also very much useable too, the rear is polished and finished with brass inlay too, so it can freestand.
