Delightful Derby figure of the "Dresden Shepherdess" painted in rich enamels. This design has been produced in several slightly varying forms and this one I believe is from the Robert Bloor period c.1820 (this exact model recorded in plate 334 of Derby Porcelain by John Twitchett). Red crossed swords mark and additionally marked "FRANCE".

She measures 8" high and 4" wide. Condition is excellent with no damage or restoration. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
