Gorgeous little early 19th.c. Biedermeier style mahogany dressing table or wash stand c.1830 and just 31½” wide. Original oval mirror plate within a crossbanded mahogany frame, angle adjustable on a shaped yoke ending in delightful carved swan’s heads. Over the original white marble top with beautifully dished surface and rounded corners. Flame mahogany veneered base with a single drawer raised on shaped legs joined with a turned stretcher and retaining the original brass castors. Minor tarnish to the mirror, otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
