Belgian Butchers Shop Paper Roll Cutter, Paper Dispenser

This interesting piece comes from Belgium, (Charleroi), this is a rare and very useful item, it has an Iron frame set on a wooden base, the paper roll holder is set behind the heavy serrated cutting edge, so that when you pull the paper from the dispenser, it can be torn neatly from the roll
The cutter is in very good condition and still has a roll of the original personalised wrapping paper in place and a picture of a jolly butcher smiling at the top
The Frame of the dispenser is 28” long x 20” high and it is 9” deep
