Beautiful 19th Century Antique Sampler Dated 1867.
A lovely example of a 19th century antique needlework sampler, by Harriet Povy age thirteen in 1867. The sampler is in very good condition and is mounted in the original ash wood frame, complete with a gilt slip and behind glass. The embroidered antique sampler depicts a house in the centre with peacocks, rabbits, butterflies and birds, along with a poem. All this is set in a garden with a lovely strawberry border. A very lovely example of an English antique sampler in super condition.

Smaller items will be sent with a parcel courier. We wrap and book parcels in once a week on Thursdays. If you require an item quickly, please let us know and we can arrange this.

We offer a 14 day return service if you are not happy with the item. This is providing that items are returned within 14 days and are in the same condition that they left us in. The cost of returning the goods must be covered by you. We will refund you on the items return.
