Beautiful 18thC Oak Six Plank Chest / Coffer
A beautiful early 18th Century Oak six plank chest of wonderful form. Featuring stunning original shaped spandrels, scratch carved detail and notched end grain to front and top, with superb colour and patina.
Excellent condition throughout and retaining original ironwork, just one pin hinge replaced with period H hinge, historic repair to hasp.
A very pretty coffer of desirable design, size and proportions.
Length 39" = 100cm Depth 14.5" = 37cm Height 21" = 53cm
