Arts & Crafts Cotswold School Oak Desk
The desk: A Cotswold School single pedestal desk after Peter Waals c.1930. The maker is unknown however this piece does remind me of the antique furniture made by handicraft students under the direction of Edward Barnsley (to designs by Peter Waals) during the 1930s. This desk has been hand crafted in character oak with exposed dovetails and through tenons.
Condition: Offered in very good refinished condition. There is some expansions in various places but the whole piece is firm and solid.
