This is a lovely example of an Arts & Crafts solid English Ash Cest of Drawers.  It is raised on a plinth base with two short and three long drawers.  These examples are becoming rarer ands haarder to find.  It has its original handles and a lovely colour and patina.  A reallyt good example c1870-85.
