This beautiful Art Deco figured walnut bow fronted chest fitted with 3 drawers with a quantity of silver plated cutlery. The contents include 12 table knives,11 cheese knives,12 table forks,3 piece carving set,11 fish knives,12 fish forks,10 teaspoons,12 dessert forks, a pair of lemon squeezers,12 dessert spoons,12 soup spoons,4 table serving spoons, and a quantity of various silver plated cutlery. The set is English and circa 1920. The chest measures 21 in – 53.3 cm wide, 14 ½ in – 36.8 cm deep and 11 ½ in – 29.2 cm in height. This lovely, fairly complete and extensive dinner service encased in this excellent condition case would grace any dining room, in a wide range of settings and room styles, and would make an exceptional designers accent piece.
