This attractive drop-leaf dining table is very much in the art deco style and dates from the mid-twentieth century. It is constructed from solid oak and is very heavy. The table has a shaped drop leaf at either side with carved floral decoration. The leaves are supported on wooden rests. The table is supported on twin columns at either end terminating in a shaped lower rail and nice bun feet with a central stretcher between. The table is a nice size and would comfortably sit 6-8 people when opened up. It is a well-made piece.

Condition Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition, with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing and wear to the woodwork as might be expected, and the piece is overall a little faded.
