This is a superb quality set of five (quintetto) Art Deco burr walnut nest of antique tables, with great proportions and colour, circa 1930, in original condition.

This is a superb quality set of five (quintetto) Art Deco burr walnut nest of tables, with great proportions and colour, circa 1930, in original condition. The oval shaped large table boasts solid slab ends and within houses four smaller antique tables. The smaller antique tables comfortably sit under the large table. The nest of tables features flush tops with a stunning burr walnut grain configuration and colour. The four smaller tables are supported by block legs, which in turn are united by twin shelves below (for added strength) and function. The tables display superb craftsmanship. This piece boasts classic art deco styling in the overall design of the curved corners, clean lines to the tops, the choice of materials and the feet.
This nest of tables displays a mellow burr walnut colour. As they boast the original polish, they have a beautiful deep rich patina, which has been generated by the years of cleaning and care they have received. This truly is a very beautiful item with quality construction. This item would certainly grace any home, so don't miss out your chance to own such a lovely item.

This nest of tables is in good overall condition. The tops are in excellent condition, with no stains, scratches or watermarks. Nominal old used marks to the leading edges, but nothing significant considering the age of them. The legs, stretchers and feet are sturdy and are free from any breaks. The smaller tables slide comfortably under the larger table. They are well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.
