Art deco necklace formed of Czech glass beads in red and white. The necklace is approximately 80 cm long plus an extra pendant section.

Designed by Max Neiger, one of two Jewish brothers who made wonderful jewellery with glass components in Gablonz from 1905 until the 1930's. They escaped to Bohemia in 1939, where they continued a small scale jewellery operation but were captured in 1942 and died in Auschwitz in 1942.
