ART DECO Amphora PITCHER. Made in CZECHOSLOVAKIA Circa 1925.

Tall Pitcher measuring 14 inches high. The Pitcher features an Amphora design, a style known for it's intricate detailing and elegant shape. Geometric design of brown squares with blue patterns on a plain blue ground. Rare colour for this type of vase.

Tall, narrow shape with handle to one side and pouring spout to the other.

Marked to the base with impressed number 15 18 37, a feint capital letter 'E' in blue and an oval twin circled cartouche with 'Made in Czechoslovakia around the border with the word Amphora to the centre.
