Fine quality & larger than normal antique spiral library steps in yew wood with tooled leather insets on the steps. It’s quite rare to find these library steps in yew wood & also of this size. Normally these models are too small to use. It’s very well constructed with good turnings, stretchers & brass capped casters. I would date it to around the 1920’s period. The top turned column can be unscrewed to make transportation easier.
