This is a late Victorian Walnut wardrobe with burr walnut panels c1880-1900. It is raised on short bracket feet with a single drawer to the base and original handles. It has a single door with oval bevel edge mirror. The cornice has a lovely stepped effect with wide exaggerated moulding being influenced by the Scottish school at this point and there cornice designs which were in more wide and flatly exagerated.
