DESCRIPTION:
This is a super quality haberdashery unit true Victoriana quality. It dates from approx. 1890 and is of mahogany which is a fantastic colour. The unit consists of 45 Glass fronted drawers each set off by the decorative brass pull handles with 5 solid fronted mahogany drawers to the base these have brass shell design pull handles. The quality of the piece is emphasised by the panel’s sides and the decorative cantered column corners to the front with a decorative stepped pelmet to the top. This really is a stunning quality piece of furniture which lends itself to many environments both commercial as well as residential. Many now use these items in the kitchen as well as dressing rooms for clothing or shoe storage or indeed in boutiques for clothing items or in offices for important files and papers storage.

WORKSHOP REPORT:
There is as one would expect some signs of previous ownership all as you would expect to find on a piece of furniture of this age and usage nothing that we feel is worth mentioning.
On the left-hand side, the centre panel bar has a small amount of beading missing nothing we felt worth correcting in the workshop (more photos can be sent on request). There is some very minute scratches on some of the glass fronts on the drawers not immediately noticeable but they are there only fair to mention way too minute for the camera to pick up.
