This is an attractive Victorian Elm blanket chest dating from around 1860. The chest has a pleasing plain styling and a good colour and retains its original hand forged hinges and metal carrying handles.This has its original working lock and key and is in really good serviceable order with only a few minor marks to the top as per its age and use.
The chest measures 90 cms long 51 cms deep by 43 cms high.
