This is an antique technical drawing set. An English, silver nickel cartographer's or architect's set by Harling of London, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.

Comprehensive, late Victorian precision instrument case
Displays a desirable aged patina - small loss to silk lining
Silver nickel tools with small, well finished adjustable vernier
Shaped celluloid handles to the ruling pens

Set within a striking navy blue, velvet-lined tray
The interior lid in a lighter blue silk with maker's mark in gold tooling
13 pieces from a pair of compass to four trammel points

Unmarked name plaque to the exterior
Maker's mark reads W.H. Harling, Mathematical Instrument Manufacturer
