Lovely Antique Regency Mahogany Clothes Press / wardrobe and dating from aorund 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top above a deep cross banded frieze and with two moulded panelled doors with cross banded edges and working key. Internally there are three deep oak lined sliding trays and also a later brass hanging rail so that the trays can be removed for full hanging space. The base has two short drawers over two long graduating drawers all of which are oak lined with brass handles. It is moulded to the base and stands on ogee bracket feet. The top separates for ease of transporting.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the Regency period.
