This is an antique pheasant roasting pan. An English, hand-beaten copper decorative pot, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1800.
Whilst used in period, the unlined nature of this copper pan is suitable for display use only.

Hand-beaten copper shows bright amber hues and minimal tarnish
Delightful brass handles to either side with mellow golden tones
