A lovely pair of antique coat racks. We date these racks to the very early 20th century.

They have recently been removed from a church cloakroom.

Each rack consists of four hooks making eight in total.

Each individual coat rack has a height of 3.5" (9cm) and a length of 47.5" (121cm). The hooks protrude 5” (13cm) from the wall.

The pine hanging boards have a number of indentations, holes, paint marks and wear to the edges from past use. One of the boards has a larger sliver of wood missing from one end.

These remain a stylish and rustic pair of coat racks. They will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
