Antique Oak Table Top Display Cabinet
This is a very nice quality antique oak display cabinet.
Intended to sit on a table top for all round viewing, this was possibly from a library, or museum or a private collectors study and would date to the late Victorian or Edwardian period.
It could be used to display a variety of exhibits - fossils, medals, coins memorabilia etc.
The base is flat, solid well figured quarter sawn oak. The edge has a continuous ogee moulding, rounded at the corners. There are holes to take the lugs from the top to position it firmly in place.
The top is glazed on all 5 sides and has a framework of solid oak quarter sawn oak, rounded on all corners. ALL OF OUR PRICES INCLUDE FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY.
