This is a very good quality antique oak French upholstered tapestry stool / poof, circa 1860 - 1880.

This is a very pretty oak French upholstered stool, circa 1860 – 1880. The top features hand-worked tapestry consisting of poppies and foliage on a brown background. The frieze is pink velvet. The legs are reeded oak terminating in bun feet connected by a cross stretcher.
This item is a great investment but also very practical and would look superb in a variety of rooms from the dining room, hall way, the living room or office. This item base would certainly grace any home. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

Delivery to any address in mainland England & Wales is £45. For delivery to Scotland & Ireland, please email for a quote. If you wish to avoid the delivery cost, you can collect the item in person. Delivery will be made by our own specialised antique furniture delivery service, or in some cases we will use a courier service for distant deliveries. We will inform you by email and/or telephone and provide you with full delivery details including when to expect delivery. Delivery times are usually 1-4 weeks (depending on location).
UK Returns & Refunds
A 7 day “no quibble” return policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item. You will be given a refund as long as the item is returned in the same condition. The buyer is required to cover the cost of transit (the postage cost). We will collect the item using our specialist Furniture Delivery Company to avoid any damage. We will not accept returns via a courier service due to experience of damaged items in transit. This refund policy only applies to deliveries to the UK.
UK Buyer Payment
For UK buyers, we will accept cash on collection or delivery cheque, credit card, BACS (free bank to bank transfer) or PayPal. Payment must be made within 5 days of the sale.
International Buyers
