Antique Meiji Red Lacquer Stand Signed
This is an exceptionally pretty Japanese red lacquered stand dating from around 1900. The four tier stand has bright red hand painted and lacquered trays to each tier, all signed by the artist. These are supported within a delicate lacquered cage style frame with a brass carrying handle to the top. The stand is in excellent condition throughout. It could have uses in many rooms but would make a delightful side table next to a chair or sofa. This measures 63 cms high, 29 cms wide and 22 cms deep, with each of the trays measuring 26 cms by 20 cms.
