Antique Mahogany Extending Dining Table
Offered for sale is this superb quality Victorian mahogany telescopic dining table extending from approximately 61" x 45" extending to 91" x 45" with two original leaves, a comfortable 10 seater. It is a warm conker brown mahogany colou. The rectangular top has rounded edges with a moulded edge above turned, and fluted supports and standing on brass and ceramic castors. The extending mechanism works very smoothly and comes complete with winding handle. The table has been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character. It is in excellent showroom condition and dates to about 1870. Over the past 30 years we have sold over a thousand sets of chairs along with hundreds of dining antique tables to satisfied customers.
