Victorian Mahogany Table - Good Condition - c1870

This Victorian period English breakfast table is a pleasing example presented in good order.

An attractive quad-form pedestal with octagonal tapered centre pillar offers wide support to the piece, yet still allows generous space for chairs and knees of diners. The base rides upon bun feet with integral castor.

The table tilts with the simple pull of the under-handle to enter the storage position.

At the top the table displays good colour and is in good order with simple moulded edge detail and rectangle shape.

The piece will serve well as a display or centre table or as a 4/6 seater dining table.

Overall this piece of antique furniture is in nice, solid antique order and will make a beautiful addition to any home.
