A smart and very well made antique sofa table in mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1920-30’s.

It is of superb quality, with beautiful flame mahogany grain patterns. The drawer fronts and top edges are nicely cross banded, the drop down ends can lift up and extend the top surface. This sits on sabre shaped legs with brass hairy paw feet, the base has a beautifully carved double stretcher support. The back is nicely finished so this can be used as a free standing item.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
