An antique Arts and Crafts single oak bed by Heal & Son dating from circa 1900. A good quality single bed in beautifully figured golden oak. A substantial bed, the headboard and footboard with arched top and standing on square tapering legs. Complete with iron side rails, just add a slatted base and a mattress (no base or mattress included). Can be assembled or dis-assembled into headboard, footboard and iron rails. With Heal & Son label to headboard.

Condition Report:
Solid and sturdy, good colour and patina. General scuffs, scratches and marks commensurate with age. A few old worm holes which have treated with worm killer as a precaution. Some old filled screw holes near rail supports (see photos).
