Beautifully carved antique bed from the early 20th century.

Upholstered in a silky fabric rather discoloured in places but still pretty.

Still has its original chalky grey paint, now wearing away nicely to show the beech frame beneath. There are no slats yet this is newly arrived. We can provide them (and central supports) if required, for an extra fee.

This bed can be made to take standard 60" king size mattress. Unusually large for this type of bed.

Generally £20-40 for 30-40 miles radius from Hastings.For London and further afield we use a trusted courier please ask for a quote. As a guideline, a chest of drawers to London is usually £50 and comes within 1-2 weeks. You might wait up to 3-4 weeks to far flung corners of the country. If that's too long, we can arrange another courier but that might be more expensive.

Help with larger items will be required your end, unless you pay for an extra body (not cheap..) and whilst he doesn't just dump it at the kerbside, he'll grumble if he has to do four trips up three flights of stairs, in which case, ask nicely, give him a bit extra and offer him a cup of tea..
