This is a lovely late 19th century embossed leather screen with brass studding dating from around 1900. The red leather panels are and beautiful gilded with embossed winged griffins and scrolling acanthus designs. The panels are all in good sound condition overall, one has has a well done repair with a new section of leather applied to the reverse of the first panel visible in the photo of the back. The screen is in good serviceable order and has a lovely rich red antique colour.

The screen is 164 cms high with each panel being 53 cms wide.
