A superb and unusual Victorian circular extending dining table in wonderful figured mahogany and retaining the 2 original leaves and can seat up to 10. The top having a thumb moulded edge above the inset and cross banded frieze with beaded edge. The table extends to accommodate one or two leaves both with conforming friezes. The octagonal shaped column having an attractive carved collar joining a quatrefoil platform base which is raised on well carved lion’s paw feet with brass & porcelain casters. Dimensions:- Height…31’’/ 78.75cm. Diameter Closed…47’5’’/ 121cm. Length + 1 leaf…67.25’’/ 171cm. Length + 2 leaves…87’’/ 221cm. Delivery by 2 man carrier to most of U.K. mainland £120.
