A fabulous quality pair of classical Victorian candlesticks with highly decorative square bases with a central covered urn to all four sides. The columns are wrapped in a spiralling foliate garland.

Each is marked with the initials for the well renowned silversmith, HAWKSWORTH, EYRE & CO. and dates them to c.1870. Excellent condition, the bases measuring 5 1/4" square and standing 13" tall.
