Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Writing Desk in the Sheraton style and dating from around 1900. It has a moulded edge to the serpentine shaped top with inlaid chequered stringing above a central bow front drawer with shaped frieze supports to the kneehole and flanked on either side by two drawers all of which are oak lined with original brass handles and inlaid chequered stringing. It stands on squared tapering legs which are finely strung on brass castors.

Measures 31" high x knee height 24,5" x 23" deep x 48" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
