Antique dressing table ( a11788)
Good quality French mahogany louis xv style dressing table, circa 1900 and in nice condition.
Lovely "kidney" shape and standing on these elegant fluted legs with shaped stretcher below. Unusual swept mirror supports, all beautifully carved. Good size central drawer.
Being a polished piece, ie n ot marblt topped, there are signs of use and age to the top surface...we have polished it up but as you can see, there are some scratches remaining which would require a full strip and repolsih to removbe ( II prefer to not do this, but can do if you would rather ), mentioned so you know and shown in the last photo
