Antique early Caughley porcelain plate, hand painted with a floral design.
This plate was made c1790.
The plate has no factory marks.

The plate measures approximately 21 cm (8.25") in diameter.

The plate is in very good condition.
There are a couple of blue smudges to the face of the plate - it looks like the artist picked some blue up on his thumb, and it transferred when he was painting the decoration.
There are a few very minor surface scratches from use, and there is a small 5mm firing crack to the bottom.
