Antique Burr Walnut Desk
Antique burr walnut desk in the Queen Anne style dating to around the 1910 -20's period & in great condition. The top surface is mainly burr walnut, flanked by herringbone inlay with figured walnut outside of that. The same applies the the drawer fronts, which also have original brass handles & a lock on the centre drawer. This desk has well shaped solid walnut legs with bold shell carvings on the tops plus ball & claw feet. It has a very wide kneehole & the back is polished too.
