This antique walnut chest of drawers is of extremely high quality & has a well shaped front. The pattern of the burr walnut on the top is stunning & it’s cross banded outside. The four burr walnut drawers are all graduated in depth & also have a very tight pattern running through. They have original brass handles, escutcheons & locks, plus fine dovetails. The sides are figured walnut & this chest sits on carved solid walnut pad feet. It’s a real character piece & has a wonderful colour. This chest of drawers dates from the 1910-20’s period.
