Slim proportioned antique burr maple & walnut bureau of a George III design, in good condition & dating to around the 1930’s period. This bureau has a cross banded fall front, four drawers grauated in depth with original brass handles & sits on bracket feet. The writing surface opens down to rest on two manual loafers. The inside is well fitted out with a tooled leather writing surface, compartments, drawers & a cupboard.
