A beautifully carved good quality Anglo Indian coffee table dating from circa 1920. Featuring a profusely carved and scalloped over-sailing top which sits on a carved and pierced folding hexagonal base. This table is solid and sturdy with all the intricate and finely carved panels intact, the top deeply carved with an array of flowers and plants. With good original patina, the table is a good size, the top comes off and the base folds away making it perfect as an occasional table. Tables like these were retailed by companies such as Liberty and co in their Eastern Bazaar department in the 1900s.
