An early 18thc Dutch Delft charger.
Description
A wonderful charger, Painted in the distinctive deep blue cobalt loved of the Dutch Delft manufacturers. Boldly and freely painted with a central floral pattern, juxtaposed with insects. Rim decoration of stylised floral garlands.
Mark of "de Klaauw".
Condition
The ubiquitous rim chips and nibbles.
Dimensions
34 cm in diameter.
