With a eighteen diamond surround
Size M and 1/2.
Approximate dimensions: setting 16.3mm x 14.7mm, height of amethyst in setting 6.6mm, amethyst 12mm x 102mm, weight 5.1 grams.
There are surface marks associated with normal light use and age.
Brilliant cut bright diamonds.
The good quality amethyst is a deep purple colour and is well saturated.
