A Welsh Plaid Blanket
Beautiful 20th century narrow loom blanket ( made in two pieces on the much narrower loom of the 19th C then sewn together down the middle.
This one in a pale ginger with cream, black, gold and purple lines.
Perfect over a settle , chair or end of bed. A wonderful Welsh traditional textile for your home.
As with any of these early blankets it is very difficult to ascertain where they were made , in fact the expert in these matters states that unless it has a label or the previous owner knew its provenance , say their grandfather worked in this mill then its virtually impossible to know as designs were swopped and weavers moved from mill to mill.

The item must then be delivered back to our showroom within 14 days in the exact same condition as it left us.
STORAGE
Should an item not be ready for immediate delivery, we are able to hold stock at our shop in Cowbridge. Items may be subject to a storage fee where applicable.
