Standing on turned and ebonized feet, with central door with brass grille behind which are 2 adjustable shelves, above is a single drawer with original knobs an Anthemion decoration. On either side are curved "wings" with 2 adjustable shelves each. The top is of particularly well figured marble and has a brass gallery. This bookcase is in very good condition having been sympathetically restored and is of good colour. 1220 mm wide, 405 mm deep and 925 mm high. Circa 1830.
