A Pair of Victorian Swivel Chairs, Ships Board Room or Desk Chairs

This is a superb quality pair of Chairs they originated from no doubt a fine ship, they have a centre hole where the stretchers cross where they would have been secured to the floor, more recently they have come from the board room of a well known ship builder in the south of England
The Chairs are Victorian with round seats which swivel on their bases, and they have high fan shaped button backs with shepherd crook arm rests. The chairs are made in solid Mahogany and in good condition, they are upholstered in mustard coloured heavy leather with brass studs
The chairs are 37” high with a 19” seat diameter and the seats are 19” high
