A characterful leather rhinoceros sculpture, mid sized and dating from the mid 20th century. The rhino is on a wooden frame and covered in aged leather, we have not polished or waxed it as we prefer the dry look but we will do so if required. 340mm high, 640mm wide and 240mm deep. Circa 1960. W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
